Either you are Returning to Pointe on Rio as a Renewal Resident or you are a Incoming Resident, the start of a new school year is a very exciting time! Within this month there are going to be a lot of changes happening on property, from residents moving out to new residents moving in. Here are a couple helpful tips that can ease this transition process. 1.) ALWAYS carry your apartment keys on you! Make sure you lock your front door to your apartment and that you always have your gate clicker, (you won't be able to enter the property if you don't have your clicker). 2.) We have trash chutes on each floor of the property, and on the garage level we have recycling trash cans, please throw away your waste accordingly and do not over flow the trash chutes or cans. 3.) Know your roommates and get to know your neighbors, these are going to be the faces that you will be seeing on a daily basis, start off on the right foot by introducing yourself.... also speaking of introductions, we at Pointe on Rio love getting to know our residents so please feel free to stop by the Office to say a quick hi! That is about it for this month, if you have any questions like always please feel free to stop by the Front Office and we will be more than happy to help assist you
